We ship worldwide.

Tax and duties
Customs duties, tax and shipping costs are all calculated at checkout. This means completely transparent costs upfront,  one payment for you, no hidden surprises when your package reaches customs and no delays to delivery.

How are parcels tracked?
All parcels are sent, registered and tracked with DHL or Australia Post or other carriers when required. Order tracking numbers will be available in your Austin Bloom account when the package is sent, and you will receive tracking information via email.

How are the Austin Bloom products packaged?
Wall Hangings are rolled safely into reinforced cardboard tubes, and taped securely. Other products are sent in strong boxes or tubes depending on the product.

Unframed fine art prints: 1-5 Business Days
Framed fine art prints: 10-15 Business Days
Wall Hangings: 1-5 Business Days

High Peak Shipping Times
Expect delays in shipping times around holiday or celebration dates such as Christmas. Make sure you order early to account for potential delays.

Can I track my item?
Yes. Once we have posted your item, we will send you a courtesy email to confirm shipment. You will also receive a tracking number and shipping updates via email from Australia Post.

I ordered from your shop but I haven’t received any email updates
All emails will be sent to your email address – check there first for order confirmations and updates. You can also log in to your Austin Bloom store account to check order status. If you still can’t find anything please let us know using the contact form.
