Yes, we ship worldwide.

How are parcels tracked?
All parcels are sent, registered and tracked with Australia Post.

How are the Austin Bloom products packaged?
Wall Hangings are rolled safely into reinforced cardboard tubes, and taped securely. Other products are sent in strong boxes or tubes depending on the product.

Standard Delivery: 7 – 10 Business Days

Delivery Estimates (International)

Standard UK/Europe Delivery: 10 – 15 Business Days
Standard USA Delivery: 10 – 15 Business Days
Standard International Delivery to Remote Areas: 9 – 25 Business Days

High Peak Shipping Times
Expect delays in shipping times around holiday or celebration dates such as Christmas. Make sure you order early to account for potential delays.

Can I track my item?
Yes. Once we have posted your item, we will send you a courtesy email to confirm shipment. You will also receive a tracking number and shipping updates via email from Australia Post.

I ordered from your shop but I haven’t received any email updates
