SHIPPING
Every print is hand-made to order in our Adelaide Hills studio. Allow up to 2 weeks for unframed prints, and up to 4 weeks for framed pieces or wall hangings, before the order ships.
Shipping is free for all orders within Australia and New Zealand. International orders are shipped on request - email us at hello@austinbloom.com with the country and the piece(s) you have in mind, and we'll come back with a quote.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its progress. We work with trusted shipping partners across Australia and internationally.
If you have a particular time frame in mind (a gift, an event, a move), let us know in the order notes or email us - we'll advise whether the timing is realistic and prioritise where possible.
RETURNS
Each piece is custom printed and framed to order based on your selected size and frame, which means we're unable to accept returns, exchanges, or make changes to your order after 24 hours. All sales are final.
If your artwork arrives damaged or in less than perfect condition, contact us as soon as possible at hello@austinbloom.com with photos of the original packaging and any visible damage. We'll work quickly to repair or replace the piece. See the full Return and Refund Policy for the complete process.
